With that said, here are the things you need to know if you wish to tow-away our boats for multiple days:on your holidays
Deposits and Minimum Booking Time
All tow-away rentals require at least 50% of the deposit in order to lock in the booking. The hirer must advised us at least 48 hours if they wish to the boat away. We accept bookings as early as 6 months in advance.

Boat License
Only boat license holders are allowed to rent/tow our boats for multiple days. We trust our customers who has boating experience to always be on top of pre-boating preparations as well as to take care of our boats as if it is their own.

Trailer Fittings and Couplings
Advise our staff the type of trailer fitting that you have. This is so we can prepare ahead of time. If you are not sure what type of trailer fitting you have, send us a photo and we’ll forward it to our staff at Docklands.

Form and Bond
Upon arrival, the staff would be asking the hirer to sign a rental agreement form as well as settling the bond. The bond depends on the boat you’re hiring. If you wish to see the agreement form beforehand and know how much the bond for your boat is, contact us we’d be happy to help!

Tow-away Service Fee
We use a third party company to put the boats on and off the trailer. For weekday pick-ups, the fee is $100 while for weekends, $200.

Pick-Up and Drop Off
Boats on the trailer must be picked up at Pier 35, Lorimer St., Port Melbourne Docklands. Our staff will meet you there and will provide you safety equipment as well as giving you a brief introduction about the boat.
